قام نائب رئيس الوزراء لشؤون الخدمات والتنمية الدكتور/ حسين مقبولي -اليوم السبت- بزيارة تفقدية لسوق أسماك العاصمة المركزي بالجملة التابع للشركة الوطنية للتنمية والتصنيع السمكي المحدودة بمنطقة الجرداء التابعة لمديرية السبعين في أمانة العاصمة، واطلع نائب رئيس الوزراء ومعه وزير الثروة السمكية الأستاذ/ محمد محمد الزبيري ورئيس الهيئة العامة للمصائد السمكية في البحر الأحمر رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة الوطنية للتنمية والتصنيع السمكي المحدودة المهندس/ هاشم علي الدانعي على التجهيزات والترتيبات النهائية في السوق، وأشاد مقبولي بالتجهيزات التي يتضمنها السوق والمطابقة للشروط الصحية والبيئية ومعايير ضبط الجودة، ووسائل الأمن والسلامة وكافة الإمكانيات التي يتمتع بها السوق من أجل حماية المستهلك وتنظيم عملية البيع والشراء، وبما يعكس رؤية حضارية عن أسواق أمانة العاصمة.
حيث أكد وزير الثروة السمكية الأستاذ/ محمد محمد الزبيري على أن الوزارة تسعى إلى استغلال الفرص الاستثمارية في القطاع السمكي عبر الشركة الوطنية للتنمية والتصنيع السمكي المحدودة كجناح استثماري للدولة في القطاع السمكي وتحت إشراف الوزارة، والتي ستقوم في المرحلة الأولى بعملية تنظيم عملية البيع والشراء وإنشاء أسواق مركزية نموذجية في مختلف المحافظات، إلى جانب ما ستقوم به من مشاريع استثمارية وتنموية في القطاع السمكي وبما يخدم المصلحة العامة ويسهم في تنمية هذا القطاع الاقتصادي الحيوي والهام.
وخلال الزيارة قدم المدير العام التنفيذي للشركة الوطنية للتنمية والتصنيع السمكي المحدودة الأستاذ/ عبدالله البروي ومعه نائب مدير عام الشركة الأستاذ/ عبدالله بورجي شرحاً مفصلاً عن آلية عمل السوق وأهمية تنظيم عملية البيع والشراء ورؤية الشركة للمساهمة في تنمية الثروة السمكية والحفاظ عليها من العبث، والرفع من واقع مجتمع الصيادين والعاملين في القطاع السمكي، ورفد خزينة الدولة بمورد اقتصادي مستدام.
كما طاف نائب رئيس الوزراء ومعه وزير الثروة السمكية ورئيس الهيئة العامة للمصائد السمكية في مختلف جوانب السوق وأطلعوا على كافة مرافق السوق والمساحات والمتنفسات المحاذية للسوق والتي تخدم السوق وتجعله سوقاً أنموذجيا في اليمن.
وقال نائب رئيس الوزراء الدكتور حسين مقبولي إن سوق أسماك العاصمة المركزي بمنطقة الجرداء أنموذجاً مشرفاً لأسواق الأسماك والأحياء البحرية في اليمن، ويجب أن يكون نواة لقيام العديد من الأسواق في الجمهورية اليمنية، ووجه الشركة بإنشاء سوقين مركزيين إضافيين في أمانة العاصمة إلى جانب تأهيل سوق البليلي كسوق لبيع الأسماك والأحياء المائية بالتجزئة.
ووجه نائب رئيس الوزراء الشركة الوطنية للتنمية والتصنيع السمكي المحدودة كونها حكومية ممثلة في المدير العام التنفيذي أ/ عبدالله البروي بتنظيم عملية البيع والشراء في جميع أنحاء الجمهورية ووفق الخطة الإستراتجية الخمسية للقطاع السمكي المنبثقة عن الرؤية الوطنية لبناء الدولة اليمنية الحديثة، وبما يسهم في الحافظ على خيرات وثروات ومقدرات وطننا الحبيب في مجال الثروة السمكية من الهدر واستغلاها الاستغلال الأمثل وتنظيم الأسواق وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي وفقاً لتوجيهات السيد عبدالملك بدر الدين الحوثي.
وأشار مقبولي إلى أن الفترة الراهنة تستدعي إعادة تنظيم الثروة السمكية كثروة قومية تخدم الاقتصاد والتنمية من خلال إسهامها في توفير فرص عمل والحد من البطالة والفقر إلى جانب تعزيز الأمن الغذائي وبما ينعكس ايجابيا على الوطن والمواطن، مؤكداً أن الحكومة ستعمل على تذليل الصعاب أمام الشركة الوطنية للتنمية والتصنيع السمكي المحدودة والمملوكة للدولة لتنفيذ كافة أهدافها.
